Bad news Playstation fans: Uncharted has been delayed again. It's only been pushed by two weeks this time, but fans who have been anticipating the title will still be disappointed. Naughty Dog’s next game will now hit shelves on May 10th.
Shawn Layden posted on the Playstation Blog stating the following:
“As you know, Naughty Dog is wrapping up production on Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End with the game on track to go gold and into production later this month. In an effort to meet the considerable worldwide demand, and to ensure that all gamers worldwide have the opportunity to play the game on day one, we have chosen to postpone the launch of the game by two weeks to allow for extra manufacturing time.”
He then goes on to say the “game is phenomenal — we are fully confident that it will be worth the wait…”
Uncharted 4 will launch on May 10th. Be sure to check out the open stress test for the multiplayer, taking place this weekend beginning on March 4th, and ending on March 6th. A Playstation Plus subscription is not required to participate.
